1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging Sydney Clean Group ("we", "us", "our") for cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Sydney Clean Group provides professional cleaning services across Greater Sydney, including but not limited to: commercial cleaning, office cleaning, residential cleaning, end of lease cleaning, carpet cleaning, and specialised facility cleaning.
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Bookings & Quotes
- All quotes are obligation-free and valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of written or verbal confirmation from Sydney Clean Group.
- We reserve the right to adjust quotes if the actual scope of work differs significantly from the initial assessment.
- Access to the property must be arranged prior to the scheduled service date.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service value.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full service amount.
- Sydney Clean Group reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, with as much notice as possible.
5. Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as agreed.
- Invoices not paid within 14 days may incur a late payment fee.
- For ongoing contracts, payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities
To allow us to deliver the best results, clients are responsible for:
- Providing safe and unrestricted access to all areas to be cleaned
- Securing or removing fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items prior to cleaning
- Disclosing any known hazards (e.g. mould, pest issues, structural damage) before the service
- Ensuring pets are secured during the cleaning service
- Providing accurate information about the size and condition of the space
7. Liability
Sydney Clean Group is fully insured. In the event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will assess the claim and work toward a fair resolution.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, damage resulting from items not secured by the client, or damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the services provided in the booking in question.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of any service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.
This guarantee does not apply if access is not provided for the re-clean or if the dissatisfaction relates to matters outside the agreed scope of work.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Sydney Clean Group and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
